Life brings different challenges at different ages, but the need to feel understood, supported, and connected to ourselves remains.
At Lotus Bloom Therapy, I work with adults, teens, and children through periods of transition, uncertainty, and growth. While therapy looks different depending on your age and needs, my approach is grounded in helping you better understand yourself, develop greater self-compassion, build meaningful skills, and feel more confident navigating what comes next.
Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or looking for support for your child, we'll begin with where you are.
A space to slow down, understand yourself, and move forward.
Adulthood brings its own seasons of change.
You may be navigating anxiety, relationships, academic or career pressures, family dynamics, questions about identity, or a transition that has left you feeling uncertain about what's next.
Therapy can provide a space away from the demands of everyday life to better understand what you're experiencing, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, and approach yourself with greater compassion.
A space to figure things out without having to have all the answers.
Teens are learning more about who they are while navigating friendships, family relationships, school expectations, increasing independence, and decisions about their future—all while emotions can feel particularly intense.
Therapy gives teens a space that is their own. A place where they can feel heard, better understand what they're experiencing, develop skills for managing difficult emotions, and build confidence in themselves.
Sometimes words aren't the best way to tell us what's going on.
As a Registered Play Therapist, I use play and developmentally appropriate therapeutic approaches to help children express feelings they may not yet have words for, process experiences, develop emotional and coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self.
My work with children also includes parents. I believe understanding what's happening emotionally, physically, mentally, and developmentally can help families respond to their child's needs with greater confidence and connection.
